The Fario LV open spool is specially designed for fly fishermen who value lightweight reels with high line capacity, advanced drag and fast winding. These reels have a durable X-shaped frame, similar to the Voso Gaudines reels, and perfectly complement the elegant design of the Fario LV. The X-shaped frame provides stability and distinctive style while keeping weight to a minimum. The spool holder is integrated into the body as close to the free end as possible, maximizing balance and reducing rotation. The compact spool holder, located under the body, prevents the spool from spinning during transport and storage. The drag system is closed and waterproof, and consists of graphite and stainless steel plates. The friction adjustment screw offers 360° adjustment and a maximum drag force of 1.3 kg for the 24 and 46 models, which is suitable for trout fishing. The 68 model has a slightly higher pulling force, with a maximum force of 2 kg, which is suitable for trout, roach and salmon fishing. The 68 mechanism is suitable for single-handed fishing rods in classes 6, 7 and 8, and is fully compatible with ULS and class 7 fishing rods up to 3.35 meters (11 feet) in length.
